which is very affordable and staffed by
qualified doctors who will graciously treat
most minor problems.
Buy only one-way tickets on the boat!
There are two operators that don't honor
each others tickets & you may return to PV
with a different operator than the one you
arrived with. Two one-way costs the same
as a return ticket
We recommend the use of phone cards
which are readily available in all the stores in
Yelapa which will allow you to call anywhere
in N. America for a fraction of the cost of
cell phones, credit or collect calls. There are
many public pay phones conveniently located
throughout the village, the closest being only
a minute from the house.
If you are planning to stay overnight in
Puerto Vallarta, we will gladly recommend
several hotels and that cater to a variety of
budgets. While it's always best to explore,
we understand that sometimes you're too
tired and just appreciate a little direction.
